    Rachel was not only welcoming, fun, and high energy but she will kick your legs and ass with ballet moves. This is more of a ballet/ dance class but do not let that fool you! I burned 400 cals in 50 minutes because she keeps you moving and sweating! Highly recommend for all levels looking for a switch up/dance class!

    This will improve your performance whatever form of movement or exercise you practice. Mary was so knowledgeable and attentive! She gave excellent and precise cues, and after class I felt like I had attained the benefits of a massage, a chiropractic adjustment, and a workout combined. For those who are in tune, you’ll also notice better energy flow and removed blockages. I can’t recommend this class enough, and look forward to the next one!
