    Was the only one who showed for a noon Wednesday class and Abby was kind enough to teach anyway! She did the workout with me to keep me motivated. Great class, great studio! Affordable price for good value if you’re looking to hop off classpass.

    Great class- no bs sales pressure. Challenging workouts. You can push yourself/ go at your own pace. I would encourage people to look at the workout format for the day on the companys website (ex core focus, lower body etc) as it rotates weekly. Would suggest women wear pants as you might use the bike for cardio. Also, if youre considering joining, Id say the most affordable and well rounded workout for your money in the Clarendon area.

    Michelle was by far the best solidcore teacher I’ve ever had. She remembered everyone’s names to make it more personalized/motivating and she would tailor springload based on how people were handling the recommended springload so everyone was able to make the most out of class. Highly recommend taking her class whether it’s your first class or 100th class.

    Great, challenging interval workout. There were 10 people in the class but the instructor Virginia was able to provide constructive feedback or motivation. More focused on weights than cardio. Started with a warm up, then 3 rounds of intervals, and a final push with sled The studio has a nice locker room with locks for lockers, showers, and towels
