    Great class- no bs sales pressure. Challenging workouts. You can push yourself/ go at your own pace. I would encourage people to look at the workout format for the day on the companys website (ex core focus, lower body etc) as it rotates weekly. Would suggest women wear pants as you might use the bike for cardio. Also, if youre considering joining, Id say the most affordable and well rounded workout for your money in the Clarendon area.

    Buns + Guns

    SO GOOD! The shakes were deep in this class and the burn just didn’t quit. I loves these Buns + Guns classes as they hit that niche of pushing myself in ways I wouldn’t otherwise and the concentration of movement to really grow strength. Also, Ebony is an incredible coach, she always pumps me up!

    Dawit was great. I did find the exercises to be very similar to the blast class I attended two weeks ago. It would be great to incorporate a little more variety class-to-class. That being said, I always love coming to Bodymass classes.

    Strength and Stretch

    Started with Approx 40 minutes of TRX rounds (3 exercises each round/4 rounds) with cardio mixed in. Good mix of arms, legs, core. Stretch for the last 20 minutes, not yoga anymore like it was months ago, but still a good stretch I wish they brought in the chilled towels between the strength and stretch portions because by the end I’m already cooled down. Easy street parking out front. Large locker room with showers and lockers for changing clothes
