see all reviewsClass was great, so tough and exactly what I hoped for/love about Buns + Guns. That said, some of the instructions were unclear and I ended up hurting my knee in a squat. So, that wasn’t fun. But, I think if I understood more clearly what the coach meant it would have been ok.

see all reviewsGreat class- no bs sales pressure. Challenging workouts. You can push yourself/ go at your own pace. I would encourage people to look at the workout format for the day on the companys website (ex core focus, lower body etc) as it rotates weekly. Would suggest women wear pants as you might use the bike for cardio. Also, if youre considering joining, Id say the most affordable and well rounded workout for your money in the Clarendon area.

see all reviewsDawit was great. I did find the exercises to be very similar to the blast class I attended two weeks ago. It would be great to incorporate a little more variety class-to-class. That being said, I always love coming to Bodymass classes.
