    Tough class and have a good sore in my was a little loud and the instructor’s mic was a little blown out (other students and i all made eye contact when we couldn’t hear the instructions so i don’t think it was just a sound issue with me) so hard to hear her instructions but thankfully it was a small class so was able to get individual attention when I missed a cue.

    Fantastic workout! I was nervous for the entire day before this class that I’d look like an idiot because I have zero soccer experience other than watching at a bar. That definitely wasn’t the case at all! There was a bit of ball work but everything was accessible and Jamar was happy to give tips. He was great at encouraging your workout while being patient with your ball handling. Great class, will definitely be back.

    Definitely the best and most challenging class I’ve taken at Row House. The other couple I’ve taken have left me feeling a little let down intensity-wise, but this was a great mix of tough intervals, weights, and focus on form. The instructor did a good job of going around the room and correcting form as well as encouraging people to push themselves. Encouraging and friendly!
