see all reviewsThe training staff was super informative and helpful. After class they spoke to me about different membership options but said I could continue to participate using ClassPass credits. It was a pretty tough nonstop with good combination of high and low impact cardio options and weight resistance training. Probably would describe the class I took as a little less than Boot Camp or across Fit type class…. I will definitely use credits to go back👍
