    It was my first time with Jasmine and I really enjoyed her class. She was very motivating, kind, explained and demonstrated all exercises in detail, and I loved the whole class - it was a low impact low intensity whole body weight training, the exercises were easy to follow, and you can choose the weights that you want to work with, hence it suits everyone’s abilities. The studio itself is super nice, love the dark vibe, clean posh shower and toilet. Highly recommended studio, class and trainer!

    Reformer Pilates

    Cheryl is fantastic. Every class I have with her challenges me in new ways and I’m always learning about what my body can do! She’s incredibly knowledgable and creates engaging classes that never feel repetitive. She keeps spirits high too! One of my favourite reformer classes - would definitely recommend!
