    Train Yard Strength

    Bradley is one of the best trainers whom I’ve ever met. He is very knowledgeable and approachable, explains everything in such details that trainers rarely do, he makes sure that everyone is following a good form and challenging themselves. I leave every time his class energised and happy, with the feeling that I’ve exercised my whole body and I also learnt new tricks and tips. I always learn a new exercise, which I haven’t seen at other studios. I also enjoy that each month there’s an exercise (e.g. front squat) which is included in every class, so that one can practice it often and truly get familiar with that one. Thank you Bradley and thank you Train Yard for the excellent work!

    Anita did a great job at teaching the class at last minute notice! I really liked the focus on proper use of your core, as I feel this is often forgotten about. A really tough session, although very leg focused. A bit more balance with core and arms would be great next time!

    My abs are still on fire and it’s been 2 days!! What a great class, working all the tiny muscles, in a good way! The studio is small which means more attentive teaching, with an instructor that corrects your posture and challenges you. Thanks for a great class!

    Always the best spin class! Rachel is so sweet but pushes you to 100% effort, whilst keeping you super distracted with choreo and encouragement! Playlists are fab, from Natasha Bedingfield to Jai Ho haha :) not an easy class, but I look forward to it every Tuesday 😌

    Amazing! I’m pretty new to yoga but found the class really easy to follow thanks to Ochre’s clear instructions and was a perfect balance of challenging and relaxing. The studio itself is beautiful and the lady at the desk (sorry didn’t catch her name) was so friendly showing me exactly where everything was and generally just made me feel very welcome.
