    Power Vinyasa (Heated)

I really enjoyed the instructor Morgan. She was very talented and I felt like this class was much more enjoyable than a typical vinyasa. I wish the class was slightly slower paced so that I could be more intentional with the poses and there were a few times I couldn’t hear her in the back of the room over the music but besides that a great experience. I would take her class again!

Full Body - Lower Focus (50 Minutes)

Staff was all super enthusiastic and warm to me so it was a lot less scary! The treadmill parts of class were a bit much for me to do completely at the proper levels but I felt totally okay adjusting speed when I needed to. Really great experience & good mixup to my regular workout routine

    INTERVAL: FULL BODY

I stumbled into the studio a bit late, but you wouldn't believe how helpful they were! The front desk staff were super attentive and Jess, our instructor, was direct but very helpful. She sorted me out with towels, turned on my rowing machine 🥲, and kept the whole class running smoothly. I'm in no way a fitness guru - haven't jogged in years - but Jess somehow got me to push myself, and it paid off! Burned over a thousand calories today, thanks to her class. Can't wait to do it all again!

    NEW! Yin Yoga (Heated)

Vanish teaches a lovely yin class. a bit more active than most yin classes, but the tempo is excellent and it is both relaxing and taxing enough for the middle groups to fully engage

    Classical Reformer Level 1

Super cute studio ❤️ Easy parking in front. Smaller class with 6 reformer machines in the back. Alyssa was great with explaining things and walking around helping with adjustments. Loved the pace of the class, challenging and relaxing at the same time.
