    Flow with Mikee is fantastic! I’ve been doing yoga for years & have gone to dozens of studios in NY & BK. He’s a true gem! Highly recommend. My only critic is the studio itself... I find the Crunch studio incredibly cold for its yoga classes. To the point of being uncomfortable. I really wish they would turn off the air & fans for the yoga classes.

    DEXA Body Scan - Body Composition

    Their ClassPass bookings don’t automatically sync with their scheduling program and there was a mix up so they didn’t have my appointment on record and I ended up having to come back the next day. The staff was very nice and apologetic about it. I still recommend going here; I’d just call them to confirm if you don’t get an email from them confirming your appointment within a little while after booking.

    First time in Emma’s class. Usually I find sculpt and restore too easy but timing worked out for me today. Her class was definitely challenging and we did some new things I’ve never done before. Lots of hands on adjustments. Loved this class!
