Flow Yoga
see all reviewsFlow with Mikee is fantastic! I’ve been doing yoga for years & have gone to dozens of studios in NY & BK. He’s a true gem! Highly recommend. My only critic is the studio itself... I find the Crunch studio incredibly cold for its yoga classes. To the point of being uncomfortable. I really wish they would turn off the air & fans for the yoga classes.

see all reviewsThis crunch was in much better condition than your average crunch. If not brand new it was definitely recently renovated. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful, and even cheerful which was extra noticeable bc it was snowstorm and they were right by the door. The locker room lockers require a padlock but there are lockers right outside the locker room with keypad locks. Good array of equipment and everything was clean.

see all reviewsThe class is really just a short handstand workshop- which is great because its every week and doesn’t cost as much as other workshops do. We did a solid amount of conditioning on and off the mat so its great for beginners and more advanced students

see all reviewsFirst time, was the only one there at 7p (in btw Xmas and NYE, hence unusual attendance), but still a great experience. Cole still held class, made me feel super comfortable and had great energy / knowledge. Workout seemed oriented on a series of sets, usually with an EMOM anchoring the middle, not quite HIIT but there’s something in each set to make sure the heart rate stays up. Class would be tough if it’s your first time EVER working out, but still very accessible if you say do some dumbbell/kettlebell strength and cycling/HIIT type classes elsewhere - but want to extend your skill set w/ say basic lifting.

see all reviewsThis gym is great! I was the only one in class so rather than cancel, like other boxing gyms have done to me in the past, I basically got a one on one training session. Danielle is great- pushed me to do better and be stronger but also very encouraging.

see all reviewsWas happy to be back after a long break! I took many boxing classes in various studios and I must say it’s rare that the instructors are as attentive to technique and form as at Trifecta. Wish we did more varying boxing combinations but most of the class was new to boxing so it’s understandable. No matter what you’ll still break a sweat if you put all the work into it and the instructors are very motivating.
