    EXCEED: The Workout

    Class is great as usual but I wish Exceed paid more attention to their facilities which I think keep getting worse. The outlets on the left side of the mirror havent worked in 6+ months and theres pretty gross mold on the shower curtains.

    Candlelight Heated Yin

    This class was exactly what I was looking for. Think of it as a lightly heated restorative yoga class where you hold a each position for about 2 minutes with the use of props (blocks/sandbags/blanket) to help you really open up into it. I also really enjoyed the instructors music choice. I often find the vinyasa classes at this studio to be a bit too loud but I found the volume in yin to be appropriately tempered

    Arms & Abs (60 Minutes)

    Always great with Lindsey and I especially loved today's class w/4 sets on the tread: jog, run, pace, fast run, sprint...closing with 4 30-sec sprints Lindsey is training for a half marathon and she taking us with her! And those arms sets - hurt me so good. Thank you, LC! Boss.Babe.Dime

    This is hands down the nicest Crunch location Ive ever been to in the city, and Ive been to a lot of them. The workout with Mike was great, think Fhitting room but smaller. There were only 4 of us in class, so he was able to correct form constantly which was appreciated. Box jumps, battle rope with lunges, medicine ball throws, kettlebells. Its been 3 days since the workout and Im still sore AF.

    Such a great class! Sam is amazing and made sure we were doing each exercise correctly (and gave me a modification when needed). Upbeat and a great workout, I’m definitely feeling it today! Cant wait to take the class again.
