Flow Yoga
see all reviewsFlow with Mikee is fantastic! I’ve been doing yoga for years & have gone to dozens of studios in NY & BK. He’s a true gem! Highly recommend. My only critic is the studio itself... I find the Crunch studio incredibly cold for its yoga classes. To the point of being uncomfortable. I really wish they would turn off the air & fans for the yoga classes.

see all reviewsThis crunch was in much better condition than your average crunch. If not brand new it was definitely recently renovated. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful, and even cheerful which was extra noticeable bc it was snowstorm and they were right by the door. The locker room lockers require a padlock but there are lockers right outside the locker room with keypad locks. Good array of equipment and everything was clean.

see all reviewsThe class is really just a short handstand workshop- which is great because its every week and doesn’t cost as much as other workshops do. We did a solid amount of conditioning on and off the mat so its great for beginners and more advanced students

see all reviewsThis location is brand new and so nice! The instructor was very friendly. While they usually don’t demo the exercises, Melinda did because there were only 2 of us. She also corrected posture so I felt like I really knew what I was doing- which is not always the case when I have to rely on verbal cu only

see all reviewsHands down the best yoga class I've ever taken. I got nice and sweaty. There were some very advanced poses thrown into the class, but the instructor made thr class feel very comfortable with modifications and a safe space to play/try the poses. I was inspired to push myself, and when I failed felt great just taking a child's pose. Take this livestream. You won't regret it!

WundaBar Workout
see all reviewsHard class but timing was inconsistent, the instructor would say okay 10 more but it would like 30 more & then other times 10 more and then after another 20 more speed up the numbers. Honestly don’t think it was on purpose but it was annoying

see all reviewsThis is a no-frills studio in a basement that is unlike other boxing gyms. There is no street signage for the studio so it was a bit hard to find. We started with a cardio intensive workout involving 5 rounds of stair running, then drills up and down the hallway before starting on the actual boxing. They provide wraps and gloves for free. Would highly recommend.
