    This class is identical to Track Fitness Circuit 60 except the studio is red orange so you feel a bit like youre in a tanning booth. Class was challenging mix of treadmill and strength and conditioning mat work. Instructor was super nice, welcoming and mindful of all the students. Beautiful studio, change rooms, coffee bar, etc.

    Kat's class is perfect for people like me who work at a desk all day. Love the focus on mobility and stretching. It's great for people of all workout levels. Kat checked in with all attendees to understand where our bodies were at, even the online participants. Her instructions were clear and well paced. I plan to attend more of her classes in the future.

    First time ever and I LOVED IT! Its a small studio that only fits about 10 people or less, focused more on form than the number of reps. I loved the support and motivation of the small group - its almost like a private group training session with intensity. Griffin was amazing too! Definitely recommend without question!

    STUDIO: Roll Out

    After four consecutive days of hard workouts, Roll Out was a gift. Its like a sports massage: it doesnt always feel good while its happening, but the benefits after are essential. Instruction and pacing were on point, and the studio vibe is encouraging and fun. Ill be back!

    This was a kick ass class. Challenging in a very good way. Will come back. This is located in the space above Lululemon. The front door is locked so you have to make sure you're there BEFORE class starts so the instructor can sign you in and let you up. all equipment is provided, including mats. The lavender infused cold towel at the end of class was a really nice touch.

    Honestly you need to try spinning with chuck - it was so awesome. He knew everyone in the class by name, including the two new people, and was very motivating. He was also funny, had great music, and would even fill up our water bottles for us while we were spinning.
