    Loved the metcon class! The instructor was great and had time to individually help everyone in the class. They have lots of events, and it helps to make working out feel like a community activity. Great for all ranges of skill, as the exercises can be personalized.

    It was my first time visiting Kardia and I had an amazing cycling class here. Although I probably shouldn’t have done legs in the gym yesterday and did cycling today with lots of incline, it was still fun and a good workout! Thank you Olivia for being so sweet and helpful!
