    Great sweat! First third of the class is flow for warmup, second third is HIIT style booty exercises (we used bands and weights), and last third is core pilates type exercises. The classes change every time though! Mandee is very funny and keeps the class motivated. The speakers carry a lot of bass so that definitely helps keep you moving and focused on the booty!
