see all reviewsStaff, especially on reception were very helpful and friendly. Considering I was visiting from out of town, and unfamiliar with the location, they were very helpful. Good facilities, great selection of weights & machines, good wet facilities too. Would 100% recommend.

see all reviewsGreat class and great instructor! I hope to return. There was ample space for everyone, the equipment was good and the instructor had great music and instructed form well. Full body workout. I would recommend getting there early enough to set up equipment as the barbells aren't your bog standard. The change rooms were huge and nice, but bring your own lock.

see all reviewsWhat I pleasure to be lead by Zephyr, someone who is so very anatomically aware and this was so evident in the questions she asked of those with injuries, suggesting standing with feet hip width apart and bending knees or raising the toes as a way to better tilt the pelvis. I loved the philosophy and the meditation. I felt fantastic afterwards!

see all reviewsVery demanding class wow I thought I was super fit! But that's the cornerstone reason of why we go to these classes to be pushed up to another level. I got in late classpass people be warned you will have admin to deal with before you can go in so leave time. My train into Waterloo delayed lowering my available time but I got in in time to join the class. Instructor came around and offered guidance where I was going wrong, very helpful, very good overall as a class if you need a lungbuster go to this class!

see all reviewsThe gym itself it bang for buck, a bit busy but nothing extraordinary for peak time. However, the sign in process was a nightmare as it requires a code. The reception person had no idea where the code was and kept saying I should have received an email from them, which I hadn’t. Eventually we found the code hidden in the class pass confirmation email. After 10 minutes I was finally able to enter the gym.
