    Amazing instructor and great class. Silly metal weights that slip when you’re sweaty. Also I think it is pointless wasting time and risking hurting your fingers, putting the weights back and getting them back out again, after each session on the floor!! Music too loud

    At first I thought the 3 minute rounds were going to be easy but was I wrong! I pushed myself so much and got a really great workout out of it! Thanks for also correcting our form not enough instructors do this! Great class and will be back to his classes.

    Brilliant studio - clean, friendly and inclusive. This teacher had a great energy and presence and you could easily hear her instructions. great workout. Just one suggestion to the studio - would you consider reusable bottles like 1 Rebel? I had no choice but to buy a plastic bottle of water today but now I’ve got the guilts.

    Boom have upped their game! Not been for a few months and found new shoes and new bikes which are so much better and bring Boom on a par with other studios. Changing rooms also revamped, could do with more toiletries - only deodorant available. Good class and instructor.

    Hadnt quite twigged that this was a half treadmill half floor based class (whoops) but my hatred of running was put to the test in a good way, and I ended up quite enjoying this class and its short intervals.

    Definitely my most enjoyable class. I realise I haven't enjoyed cycling at all until this classs and for the first time I didn't find myself clock watching.
