Balance Kulture: Beginners
see all reviewsBest handstand class I have attended so far! Lucy explained everything so clearly and was great at suggesting alternative approaches that were more suitable for me (e.g. gymnast kick up). The result was getting into handstand easily on my own! I was then able to work on the micro movements in the fingers to balance away from the wall. Such a great sense of achievement and some real ‘light bulb’ moments! Thank you so much Lucy!

see all reviewsStaff, especially on reception were very helpful and friendly. Considering I was visiting from out of town, and unfamiliar with the location, they were very helpful. Good facilities, great selection of weights & machines, good wet facilities too. Would 100% recommend.

see all reviewsGreat class and great instructor! I hope to return. There was ample space for everyone, the equipment was good and the instructor had great music and instructed form well. Full body workout. I would recommend getting there early enough to set up equipment as the barbells aren't your bog standard. The change rooms were huge and nice, but bring your own lock.

see all reviewsThe gym itself it bang for buck, a bit busy but nothing extraordinary for peak time. However, the sign in process was a nightmare as it requires a code. The reception person had no idea where the code was and kept saying I should have received an email from them, which I hadn’t. Eventually we found the code hidden in the class pass confirmation email. After 10 minutes I was finally able to enter the gym.
