see all reviewsFirst time taking a kickboxing class and it definitely kicked my butt! The class was fun and challenging but beginner friendly. There were 3 coaches to help students with their form & fellow classmates were super supportive and helpful too. You can definitely tell there’s a solid community here! Can’t wait to get my butt kicked again!
