    Modo Flow w/ Music - 60 minutes

I thought the pace of the class was great. I also liked the music pretty well. Kathryn did a great job of correcting positions which I find really helpful in these classes so you build on your practice. 75 minutes is on the long side for me, but I wasnt getting antsy. Would definitely return.

    $5 Power Hour

Great class! Really liked our instructor. The room was warm but not as hot as usual - I liked this temp better but if you’re used to the inferno it might not be what you’re looking for. Otherwise we did some great flows. Have a feeling my quads are going to be killing tomorrow with all the chair poses we did!

    TRX

This was an awesome workout. I am 100% going to be sore tomorrow. Amy kept us moving and I feel like we really used the whole 50 minutes, but was approachable with any questions. It was also pretty easy to pick up the TRX activities for the most part. My favorite part: her playlist was AMAZING. I honestly want to download it for my Spotify. Will definitely use this as an addition to my typical workout regimen.

A really great, sweaty class with just the right amount of challenge. Great studio atmosphere. Ill be back here! Note that the Clifton location doesnt really have parking - I parked in the garage next door for $3

    Iron Hour - 60 minutes

I’ve only done Hollie’s iron hour in the past and this was a little different but still a great workout. I thought we had a better balance of yoga (especially liked stretching at the end of class) along with strength but the class wasn’t as challenging as Hollie’s. I’m still expecting to be sore tomorrow though and I loved the music as always!

    Tabata - Covington Studio

Great class! Holly was awesome and the music was great as well. Loved the full 15 minute cool down/stretch/yoga sesh at the end - something different and a fantastic reminder to slow down at the end of a workout. Will definitely be back.

    Hot Barre *Sticky Socks Recommended*

Overall, this class was a great workout. I’ve taken more than enough barre3 classes and always compare barre classes to those... the music in this class was much better but it’s more of a barre boot camp than a traditional barre class. Great calorie burn! But very different than a traditional barre class.

    Beginner / Basics

Always a great class. Patricia is great about making sure every muscle gets covered - stretched and/or strengthened. If there’s a specific need you have (tight/sore calves was me on Friday) she’ll make sure that’s covered in the class (although with her covering the whole body it probably would be covered regardless of mentioning it). Mats and accessories are available for free. Very welcoming. Great modifications and adjustments.

    Rocket Vinyasa 2

I havent ever done Rocket yoga before but overall great experience. The studio was very calming (metered parking out front, so youre aware), and the class size was small with only 4 of us. It reminds me a little of The Yoga Bar in OTR. Lots of inversions and bridges with appropriate hands on corrections, which I love. The instructor was very knowledgeable. I anticipate that Ill be sore tomorrow. Will be back soon!
