    This workout was AWESOME! Jimmy was the best - he put together a (very challenging) HIIT circuit style workout for ~20 people and still managed to make me feel like I had a personal trainer. He was both fun (joked around throughout class) and serious (making sure everyone’s form was in check). Everyone else at the gym was super welcoming as well. I really got the feeling that this is a big family here, moreso than at any other gym I’ve tried on classpass. I will definitely be back... in a week or so, once I’m no longer sore. This class was tough!

    Overall, this class was a great workout. I’ve taken more than enough barre3 classes and always compare barre classes to those... the music in this class was much better but it’s more of a barre boot camp than a traditional barre class. Great calorie burn! But very different than a traditional barre class.

    I’ve only done Hollie’s iron hour in the past and this was a little different but still a great workout. I thought we had a better balance of yoga (especially liked stretching at the end of class) along with strength but the class wasn’t as challenging as Hollie’s. I’m still expecting to be sore tomorrow though and I loved the music as always!

    This was an awesome workout. I am 100% going to be sore tomorrow. Amy kept us moving and I feel like we really used the whole 50 minutes, but was approachable with any questions. It was also pretty easy to pick up the TRX activities for the most part. My favorite part: her playlist was AMAZING. I honestly want to download it for my Spotify. Will definitely use this as an addition to my typical workout regimen.

I’ve only gone to Megan’s Saturday classes before and I like those a little better because I feel like it focuses on the boxing more... however, I’m super sore today so I think this class was definitely tougher!     The instructor was approximately 23 months pregnant and still so energetic. (I kid. She’s visibly pregnant, but not quite *that* pregnant.) She’s motivating without being annoying, and I’ve only had one class so far, but she was clearly a very nice person. I had trouble finding the place and almost bailed rather than entering six minutes late but I’m glad I went (and she didn’t make me feel like a jerk for quietly joining in). I’ve been tracking my BPM lately and got it higher than I’ve been able to in cycling or other cardio workouts, and this was a lot more fun. I’ll go again.

If you haven’t been to this class before, it’s more of a bootcamp style.
