see all reviewsThis was an awesome workout. I am 100% going to be sore tomorrow. Amy kept us moving and I feel like we really used the whole 50 minutes, but was approachable with any questions. It was also pretty easy to pick up the TRX activities for the most part. My favorite part: her playlist was AMAZING. I honestly want to download it for my Spotify. Will definitely use this as an addition to my typical workout regimen.

Jimmy was the best - he put together a (very challenging) HIIT circuit style workout for ~20 people and still managed to make me feel like I had a personal trainer. He was both fun (joked around throughout class) and serious (making sure everyone’s form was in check). Everyone else at the gym was super welcoming as well. I really got the feeling that this is a big family here, moreso than at any other gym I’ve tried on classpass. I will definitely be back... in a week or so, once I’m no longer sore. This class was tough!

Great full body workout with a lot of compound movements hitting arms, legs, core, and some cardio. Angela was also awesome - the hour flew by! Would highly recommend this class, gym, and instructor. She focuses a lot on form throughout the class, which is great. Definitely got a lot of reps in this class with little downtime, which I really appreciate. The perfect strength workout to complement whatever other classes youre taking!

As far as the class goes, can push yourself as much or as little as you want here. I didn’t feel like I got as good of a workout in as I was hoping but then was way more sore than anticipated today so it will sneak up on you!
