    FIT AF PROGRAM

    This workout was AWESOME! Jimmy was the best - he put together a (very challenging) HIIT circuit style workout for ~20 people and still managed to make me feel like I had a personal trainer. He was both fun (joked around throughout class) and serious (making sure everyone’s form was in check). Everyone else at the gym was super welcoming as well. I really got the feeling that this is a big family here, moreso than at any other gym I’ve tried on classpass. I will definitely be back... in a week or so, once I’m no longer sore. This class was tough!

    This was an awesome workout. I am 100% going to be sore tomorrow. Amy kept us moving and I feel like we really used the whole 50 minutes, but was approachable with any questions. It was also pretty easy to pick up the TRX activities for the most part. My favorite part: her playlist was AMAZING. I honestly want to download it for my Spotify. Will definitely use this as an addition to my typical workout regimen.

    Great boxing class as usual. I’ve only gone to Megan’s Saturday classes before and I like those a little better because I feel like it focuses on the boxing more... however, I’m super sore today so I think this class was definitely tougher! Always a good workout with a great playlist, and Megan is a very welcoming instructor.

    Overall, this class was a great workout. I’ve taken more than enough barre3 classes and always compare barre classes to those... the music in this class was much better but it’s more of a barre boot camp than a traditional barre class. Great calorie burn! But very different than a traditional barre class.

    This was a great combo of strength and cardio! I did not feel like the other class goers were clique y at all like some of the previous posts had said - everyone was very welcoming. As far as the class goes, can push yourself as much or as little as you want here. I didn’t feel like I got as good of a workout in as I was hoping but then was way more sore than anticipated today so it will sneak up on you!
