Kathryn did a great job of correcting positions which I find really helpful in these classes so you build on your practice. 75 minutes is on the long side for me, but I wasnt getting antsy. It was also pretty easy to pick up the TRX activities for the most part. My favorite part: her playlist was AMAZING. I honestly want to download it for my Spotify. Will definitely use this as an addition to my typical workout regimen.

Jimmy was the best - he put together a (very challenging) HIIT circuit style workout for ~20 people and still managed to make me feel like I had a personal trainer. He was both fun (joked around throughout class) and serious (making sure everyone’s form was in check). Everyone else at the gym was super welcoming as well. I really got the feeling that this is a big family here, moreso than at any other gym I’ve tried on classpass. I will definitely be back... in a week or so, once I’m no longer sore. This class was tough!

The studio was very calming (metered parking out front, so youre aware), and the class size was small with only 4 of us. It reminds me a little of The Yoga Bar in OTR.
