Jimmy was the best - he put together a (very challenging) HIIT circuit style workout for ~20 people and still managed to make me feel like I had a personal trainer. He was both fun (joked around throughout class) and serious (making sure everyone’s form was in check). Everyone else at the gym was super welcoming as well. I really got the feeling that this is a big family here, moreso than at any other gym I’ve tried on classpass. I will definitely be back... in a week or so, once I’m no longer sore. This class was tough!

It was also pretty easy to pick up the TRX activities for the most part. My favorite part: her playlist was AMAZING. I honestly want to download it for my Spotify. Will definitely use this as an addition to my typical workout regimen.

I thought we had a better balance of yoga (especially liked stretching at the end of class) along with strength but the class wasn’t as challenging as Hollie’s. I’m still expecting to be sore tomorrow though and I loved the music as always!

If there’s a specific need you have (tight/sore calves was me on Friday) she’ll make sure that’s covered in the class (although with her covering the whole body it probably would be covered regardless of mentioning it).
