Iam Flow w/ Music (R) [All Levels]

I was sceptical to go because I don’t consider myself a “yoga person” and I’ve felt bored in yoga classes before but this was a lovely class and a lovely instructor. I would definitely go back. This was a nice, gentle full body stretch.

Fizz was a great instructor, giving tips on making your moves bigger, sharper. Also, he encouraged people to pay attention to their musicality and count the steps, which I found helpful. I hadn’t taken a hip hop class in over five years and appreciate when he pointed out and corrected my form on certain moves. Most of the people seemed like regulars but still felt like an open, welcoming environment.

It was one of the best yoga classes in my almost ten years of practicing yoga. Heather is a great teacher who structured the sequence so beautifully that I left the studio feeling truly wonderful. I will definitely be back here on my next visit to Toronto.

Great workout! I was huffing and puffing by the end of the second circuit, but it was definitely doable and easy enough to follow by all levels. The instructor was very energetic and understanding, and overall the class had a mix of all levels and people were nice. Downside was that the space was small.
