This studio is a gem and so is the owner, Brent. He provided a thorough intro to F45, explained the workout of the day and created a fun workout ambience for all. I loved the upbeat music and the videos on their displays that show you a real person doing the exercise for each station. If you’re looking for a great {and fun} workout, give it a shot.

Karissa is amazing! This was my first class with her and I can’t sing her praises enough. The class flowed so nicely. I felt very physically challenged yet calm and serene at the same time. I think her playlist, voice, and the way she led the class contributed so much to my experience. I really appreciated her playful teaching style too it added an element of fun which I think lacks in a lot of similar spaces. My friends and I had the best time and we will definitely be on the look out for her classes in the future!

I attended the RISE & RUFUS class, it was really really fun! Loved the music. It’s a “steamed” class, but it’s very minimal. Arianna was great! Good energy! The only thing I would say is towards the end, the very last push, the music got really loud. I know spin classes usually have the volume up, but it was hard to hear the instructions at one point. But overall, AMAZING CLASS!

Josue was awesome! His cues were perfectly timed both when he faced the mirror and when facing the class. I appreciated that he showed the steps at low energy a couple of times then full energy after. He made it easy to follow the routine. He also encouraged that we modify movements that were difficult for us. I highly recommend taking this class!

Honestly one of the most disappointing Pilates classes I’ve ever taken anywhere. I have taken club Pilates classes since 2012 and this was not up to standard. Lazy cues, poor instructions, not counting down reps, busting out Baby Shark for a series of moves?! I felt bad for the other students in the class knowing they deserved so much better. This class was nothing close to what I’ve experienced in the past at La Mesa, Santee, Mission Valley or North Park (same owner) and I’ll not be back. A different studio chain will keep my business.
