see all reviewsI attended the RISE & RUFUS class, it was really really fun! Loved the music. It’s a “steamed” class, but it’s very minimal. Arianna was great! Good energy! The only thing I would say is towards the end, the very last push, the music got really loud. I know spin classes usually have the volume up, but it was hard to hear the instructions at one point. But overall, AMAZING CLASS!

Victoria is on top of making sure your postures are correct by giving you corrections, modification options, and does all of the workout with you to lead by example. One of the main classes I always make sure to sign up for if there’s space! 10/10 recommend

see all reviewsMichelle perfected my bike settings before class, making sure it felt right with all the postures we were going to do, then she even checked after class and asked how it felt to ride. How awesome was that?!! Oh, and she led an awesome Queens of Hip-hop class. We were all motivated to give everything we've got to the very end!!
