    Glutes/Hamstrings

First time taking the glutes/hamstrings class with Jimmy and it was great! The workout was super challenging but not in a way that was intimidating. The exercises targeted every muscle in the posterior chain. I especially liked how he gave me minor tweaks in my form which really made all the difference in the effectiveness of the exercise. Jimmy definitely knows his stuff.

Instructor was very upbeat! I will definitely be returning ... that burn is real! Ps thank you to the instructor for correcting form at times. It is important to me to have proper form and since I don’t do barre often (at least currently), it helps to have an instructor who will walk over and direct minor shifts to make for a solid workout!

Class was so lit!!!! Loveeeed the playlist and loved Jenea’s energy. I had been to another Edge Cycle class before and I enjoyed this one much better - this was more SoulCycle style. Will definitely return. Highly recommend Jenea’s class! To the studio - incredible aesthetic and nice amenities (kiehls face wash, makeup wipes, and deodorant). However, I wish the bikes had more space in between them and that there were showers.
