    Sweat-Strength 60

I love Sweat and the instructor was wonderful, but I do wish the description had been a bit more specific about what kind of workout it'd be - I'm not a big fan of barre/pilates so this wasn't exactly my cup of tea. Not complaining, just a preference: it was a great workout and I'd recommend if you're looking for that!

    #HipHopSundays WeFlowHard Vinyasa Yoga

Wow that was phenomenal. Jennifer is great. Good at providing different options/modifications for different levels of yoga. I mainly use y7 to stretch out my muscles and "sweat that sh*t out" as they say, and her style of teaching did just that. I also love all the renovations they did (although I haven't been to this location in 2 years so idk how recent it is).

Wowza! Hot HIIT/Pilates! Part abs/Pilates part boot camp (burpees/squats/planks/pushups). Highly recommend if you’re up for the challenge! I loved it. Plus this is one of my fav studios in nyc - spacious + all windows. Thank you!

First time at Sky Ting. Lovely, calming atmosphere and great class- lots of great heart opening and hamstring loosening, great twists and creative ways in and out of poses. Challenging but not super cardiovascular, which was perfect for me today. I will be back!

    #HipHopSundays WeFlowHard Vinyasa Yoga

This studio is amazing compared to union square and Flatiron. Way more spacious, huge locker area, showers, and the yoga studio itself has way more room. The instructor also turned on the fans at the end of the 3rd flow which was great. Really like the improvements to their concept made at this location!

    SKY TING Yoga

Gorgeous space with bridge views and tin ceilings - like the perfect apartment, but for yoga. Jess was a great teacher - direct, specific, and expert. Nice to find a place that does hands-on adjustments but doesnt have a touchy-feely vibe. Would have liked a bit more attention to breathing, but overall Id strongly recommend and return to this class.

    BlacklightSpark

This was a good class. The folks at the studio were really lovely, the studio was cool, particularly the blacklight, mats and towels are included, they have an innovative studio entry / exit system, nice showers, all of it. I didnt love the hip hop during class - never enjoy that during yoga - but otherwise quite good. The flow was FAST. Very fast. Gotta know what youre doing. Also, the room felt hotter than your average hot yoga studio.

    The WOOMonster Experience

The room gets a bit warm and as far as my experience they don't offer fans/ventilation The practice was super wholesome and complete. Interesting ways of getting into familiar poses and great hands on adjustments. As challenging as you make it. At the end the use of aromatherapy and sounds combined with the elimination of visual sense bathe you into a deep relaxing corpse pose. No lockers Two small clean bathrooms Free water and surprise tonic The place inspires community and creativity A great intimate space to lounge after

Great cueing to help you engage and do the movements correctly. room was not as hot as I would have liked, and did detract from my heart rate rising. could just be the first day of winter, and that the room wasn't heated as well.

    Sculpt - Fusion

Was expecting a light relaxing class on my work-out off day but this class surprised me! You get a great ab / arm workout and some serious glute toning (some of these moves remind me a lot of barre class) - decent calorie burn too (comparable to a open level vinyasa class) Instructor was really upbeat with great energy!

Great class with a clear focus on alignment. I felt strong, stretchy, and challenged. Jamies cues were clear and precise and helped me to deepen into each pose and check my own alignment. Her occasional readjustments were welcome and helpful. Good energy!

Gail is a knowledgeable instructor who gave excellent personalized feedback, and I enjoyed her choreography. But, Gibney cut the class short by 30 minutes because they wanted the room for something else! It's unfair for the instructor and students to have the class cut short by a significant 30 minutes
