    Immersive Beat Ride

It was my first ever spin class and I had so much fun, it felt like going to a dance party. The instructor was great she was making me laugh the whole time. I liked how she incorporated movements for your upper body. The playlist was super good. If it is your first time, I would recommend arriving early because there is a learning curve with the shoes. My only complaint is that I wish there was more strobe lights and that it was longer because the instructor is really engaging.

    In Studio: Hot Vinyasa Flow

I really liked this instructor. He made the class feel very approachable. I will say this class felt very hot and was therefore very sweaty. Would recommend bringing a mat towel.
