    Liana is a great instructor. She takes the time to be serious and improve your form but also jokes around to make being there comfortable. She is super approachable and will make sure youre getting the most out of class. The gym itself is really nice, huge bathrooms with a large mirrored getting ready space and great showers. Although this place might look sort of intimidating at first it is well worth your time.

    Great strength training class! Super small class (only 6 of us), very welcoming group, and helpful/friendly instructor that checked in and made sure we understood form and were feeling good. Would definitely go back and highly recommend for those that are seeking a weighted workout.

    Jeff is great - very welcoming and encouraging. The class was mostly cardio/conditioning (all body weight) and not much core, but it kept my heart rate up. Good for someone looking for a sweat, but not an advanced athlete looking for conditioning.
