    Love these circuits so much! Suggestion: clack should allow 30 seconds for groups to meet and figure out which exercise each person should be on. There was some confusion and we had an extra person doing the wrong exercise so others were just standing around. 30 seconds is not long for each move so best not to waste time! A little prep goes a long way.

    Super fun class! Choreo is easy to follow and so much fun to do. The retro tunes are awesome. Really safe, inclusive space to let loose. Even has a small weights component for a well balanced workout. Great way to start the weekend.

    Solid workout. I would have appreciated more direction on form on the TRX. The set up with the mirrors is weird, almost like they need some on the wall with the door so that you can actually see what you're doing. It's a spacious studio though.

    Im pretty sure the go to meet up place is in front of the towel shelf for downstairs classes. Really small size but great class. Liana gets straight into the work out immediately. Make sure you stretch beforehand if you have a couple of minutes. The work out was set up as intervals of two exercises each for about 10-15 reps alternating three times and then you would switch to a new pair of exercises. Liana was really good about making sure you had good form while pushing you hard. She chooses your weight for you but she is good about listening to when you say its too hard, although wont let you cheat yourself out of a good workout. Great class overall.

    Jon is super friendly and approachable. He gets right into it with 30-60 second drills. The warm up is individual and the technique you do by cycling through partners. He starts with basics and builds as you go. I really enjoyed it and would recomend it to all skill levels.

    The space is nice and Eduardo was a great instructor. He had a good energy, built a good circuit and adapted the class for all levels. For Class Pass just need a better guidance in how to find the place. The name of the gym is different and the entrance is not the main entrance of the building.
