    Had such a fun and hard session with Rebecca! Loved the incorporation of the jump boards today, the single leg work had my glutes on fire. Also loved the addition of some really dynamic core exercises that targeted the lower abs.

    Melina is such a great instructor! Unlike the high intensity reformer classes with 20 or 30 people, this class focuses on PROPER form and slow, deliberate movements the way that Pilates was meant to be taught. It’s a small class of 6 so she is really able to check manage everyone individually. Coming to these classes has improved the way that I exercise everywhere and I’ve had comments on how good my form is at other gyms, thanks to Melina.

    Such a motivating teacher with great energy and who really pushed us. Only recommendation is to turn down the music during the end of the class when we are doing the cool down and mindfulness breathing. I loved it!
