Abigail is the sweetest teacher and her classes are very grounding! Her voice and demeanor is very relaxing while her transitions and poses are spot on. She seems very observant with everyone in the room and seems to gear the poses based on what she sees in the class vs a super rigid flow. I love flowing, being playful, stretching and clearing my mind with Abigail!!

    Power Yoga [All Levels]

Maria's classes are always challenging me to the next level! We did a combo of beginner and advanced poses but you can always modify and there's no shame.

Olivia is a great teacher, as a first time (but not new to yoga) I really liked her class. The facilities are amazing and the staff is super kind, don't hesitate it is definitely going to be your favorite workout in the city!

Candlelit Yin & Restorative Immersive Class

Visuals were so mesmerizing and helped me get lost in my meditative state. Since it was Yin yoga, bring layers/dress warmly if it’s a cold day. Loved the lounge with hot tea and snacks, great for catching up with friends after class.

    Saturday Vinyasa Yoga

First of all, the place is very cool! you can see some of the stained glass at the top. The instructor was very nice, and I enjoyed the class and the flow. My only feedback, and could be just me, is to lower the volume of the music a liiittle, to balance the mic and music, English is not my first language and sometimes I couldn't understand the instructions. it happened a few times only. Great class, great place, hoping to go back soon :)
