Super Set Saturday
see all reviewsThis workout is TOUGH but invigorating! It’s non-stop, high energy 100% of the time, and no one takes breaks. While it’s so much you’re dying to stop every minute, everyone is so into it, & there’s such a group mentality, which really helps you keep going.

see all reviewsThe class is really just a short handstand workshop- which is great because its every week and doesn’t cost as much as other workshops do. We did a solid amount of conditioning on and off the mat so its great for beginners and more advanced students

see all reviewsWas happy to be back after a long break! I took many boxing classes in various studios and I must say it’s rare that the instructors are as attentive to technique and form as at Trifecta. Wish we did more varying boxing combinations but most of the class was new to boxing so it’s understandable. No matter what you’ll still break a sweat if you put all the work into it and the instructors are very motivating.

see all reviewsSmall intimate class. Instructor moved fast but was easy to follow if you’ve done any other barre or Pilates before. The studio is a little gritty/raw like a proper dance studio, but other than that it was a good experience.
