    Hard Ass

Probably the best and most unique workout Ive ever had at Elle. Thanks Jackie! Can I give it 10 stars? Only thing is the studio needs to improve the facilities. The water fountain spout had so much grime/residue built up on it, its concerning. Thats unacceptable.

    POWER HOUR

This class was HARD! High intensity circuits with a good mix of upper and lower body work. Torrie was very motivating and despite it being a fast paced class paid attention to form and suggested modifications. Really nice group of ladies in the class, too.

My first time at this studio, it was bright and super clean! The instructor was peppy and very clear in showing the moves and the class was surprisingly harder than I thought! She rotated between barre moves, may work and cardio. It was a great overall work out and I will definitely be returning.

This was a really good class overall, and the instructor was welcoming and upbeat. This is a strength-based class with virtually no cardio, and it is heavily focussed on upper body exercises on this day. I wish however that this class was longer than 45 minutes, because 10-15 minutes is lost from the explanation, warm up, and cool down so it makes for a very short workout.
