    Bodies By Elle

This was Ally’s first time teaching Bodies and she was so fantastic!!! I loved how friendly she was from the beginning, and her instructions were super clear. Great workout - you know it’s good when your muscles hurt for 2 days afterwards!

    Ass & Abs

Really good workout, v challenging as usual. Sara is so nice; told her at start of class about an injury of mine and she was very nice about it and suggested modifications throughout class and then checked in at the end. Really sweet instructor, always love her classes

Love Rebecca! She’s has great energy, instruction and music. Although there was someone in class that was a little distracting since they were beating to their own drum and checking their mobile constantly. There’s rules for that

    STUDIO - Downtown - 60 Min

April gives great cues, is hands on and makes good corrections to ensure proper form, prevent injury and maximize benefits! Room was a bit chilly to start as fans were on but warmed up pretty quickly after we started. If your fitness level is intermediate to high, this class may be a bit too easy. Except for the banded glute workout (yowza)!

This was unlike any class I’ve taken, especially for meditation! I felt so free. I also almost cried because of the stress release it gave me.

    50min Pilates Reformer Instruction (Intermediate/Advanced) - downstairs

Phenomenal class! Personalized with a focus on form, and best for students with experience although the instructor, Mary, was great about gauging the class’s level and ability. Clean studio and quality equipment. I’ll be back!

    Spinning

Honestly you need to try spinning with chuck - it was so awesome. He knew everyone in the class by name, including the two new people, and was very motivating. He was also funny, had great music, and would even fill up our water bottles for us while we were spinning.

    HOT PLI-YO-LO 45

This class was a beast! It was really challenging and my muscles were totally exhausted, but it was also so fun it felt like it was only 15 mins long! Torries demonstrations and countdowns were helpful, and the music selection was super motivating.

Excellent instructor - ensured everyone’s form was correct, great attitude. Got a great workout. Two complaints- space was slightly dusty and instructor should speak louder when giving instructions (I think also because the room echoes as well). Will be back

    Metcon (Burn)

Not gonna lie - it’s a tough one! 40 min is just fine to get your body pretty much exhausted ???? But you feel energized afterwards, which is a sign it all worked out well! The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that there are no hooks or stools in the changing rooms, makes it hard to change properly without dropping your stuff on the floor. Better come changed already if possible.
