Perfect sacral practice today. Studio note: Pretty please push the class time to 10:15am for Tinseltown parking...I know I suck, I drive to yoga but would be great to not have to pay a fortune to park. My two cents. Much love.

    Jeff is great - very welcoming and encouraging. The class was mostly cardio/conditioning (all body weight) and not much core, but it kept my heart rate up. Good for someone looking for a sweat, but not an advanced athlete looking for conditioning.

    This place is a little older and more worn in, definitely not one of these new beat oriented boutique studios. Its big and bright and everyone is going to he able to see you and watch your form. Spent most of the class with Jay. She was really encouraging and positive and made sure everyone had a good grasp of the basics. Everyone is really welcoming and accommodating of all skill levels.

    Good class, not much of a workout. The first part is learning some history and logistics and the second is learning hands on swordplay moves. It is a great lesson but definitely dont plan on leaving with a sweat. Sort of confusing where to wait at the start but eventually an instructor will tell you where to go.

    Definitely far from being the most back friendly exercise. It is easy to get caught up in wanting to get your meters up at the sacrafice of form. Your back will hate you later if you do this. Pay attention to keeping your back straight and this workout is solid. Great atmosphere at the new studio.

    Great class. A mix of individual and partner bag work and floor exercises. Alley way appears more sketchy than it actually is when you walk in but the studio itself is really nice.     Liana is a great instructor. She takes the time to be serious and improve your form but also jokes around to make being there comfortable. She is super approachable and will make sure youre getting the most out of class. The gym itself is really nice, huge bathrooms with a large mirrored getting ready space and great showers. Although this place might look sort of intimidating at first it is well worth your time.
