One of the best instructors! She is encouraging, enthusiastic, gives clear instructions/demonstrations, has easy transitions, and and pays close attention to form. Wish she taught more often!

    Foundation - HIIT (Strength)

This is prob the biggest circuit group class I've taken, it can fit up to 40 people so you won't be getting much personal attention. Would def recommend having previous equipment and correct form experience. The workout itself is great, less rest and keeps the heart rate going.

I did sweat; it was a workout and i was mildly sore the next day. I do think the instructor could’ve made it more challenging, but she was in crutches, so i think she might have been a little limited this particular day.

    BUTI Yoga

A fun class! Like the other comments said, it is like tribal dancing meets yoga meets mobility moves. You shake and move in ways you don’t normally get to so it releases a lot of built up tension in the body! They provide mats and I’d suggest the padded one or to wear knee pads cuz there’s a good amount of stuff on your knees. Also, lots of booty er BUTI shaking lol

I really enjoy Sarah. The individual coaching pushes me in a friendly way. At the same time, I appreciate that she tells us to forget going for a certain number on the screen if we dont have it today. Music not my favorite, but thats always personal. Love this studio, too.

Really great restorative class. Great opportunity to just be still, stretch deeply and reconnect with your body. I expected more shoulder specific moves but my entire body got a good stretch.

    Tola Yoga

Great practice with Rich. Definitely a challenging yoga class but I liked how he did the moves and moved around the room so everyone could see him and the correct posture. Good combination of strength and stretch They provide mats which is great if you’re traveling For me, the studio was hard to find in the hotel so give yourself a little extra time. It’s down a hallway by the ballrooms. I called the gym and they came out and found me - thank you!

    Dermaplaning

I ultimately chose to go with an IPL treatment instead of derma-planing. It was just done yesterday so won’t know what it did for my complexion for a week or two. Dr’s and staff were lovely and though it was very much a doctor’s office with surgeons, their hospitality felt more like a spa. Definitely will go back.
