Loved this class and Alice’s energy! It was challenging without being too hard and she was such a lovely and encouraging instructor. Class also wasn’t too busy (for a Sunday morning) and change room was calm and easy to get ready in for the day

I had an amazing time at Digme! I love how they celebrated my 25th ride and the overall positive energy from everyone working there. Thomas is such a fun instructor. Really motivational with a great playlist too!

Absolutely loved the studio and class! Location: This F45 shares a space with F8 (a pilates studio) and is situated in the basement. Despite that, there’s still ample space with a sizeable locker room and plenty of showers. Class: The playlist is fire. The two instructors in the class were both super motivating and engaging! Special shout-out to Lizzie for leading such a well-rounded and juicy stretch at the end of class, which is so important for recovery and consistency!

Paul was super welcoming and made us feel right at home, ensuring I challenged myself with the heaviest weights throughout 🥵 Shower facilities were spotless and inviting, complete with towels and shower gel, allowing me to refresh from the session. Really interesting concept with the screens alongside the instructor, which ensures the experience is clear and easy to follow.

The class is very dynamic and the two trainers are good explaining the exercises and keeping you motivated during the workout. It is a challenging class and I loved it! The trainers are welcoming and I will come again for sure.

Nice gym although at 11:30 am there is already an increasing crowd, some with personal trainers, requiring to wait and share equipment. Exceptionally clean shower and sauna with shower amenities provided.

I took class while on vacation after a long flight. This was perfect. Lovely class. It was a little chaotic because the class before got out late and the teacher was scrambling to prepare the room and we started late. It’s fine for me but stressful for the instructor. I also teach and hate starting class ungrounded like that.

    The Trip

We were planning to participate in a cycling exercise session. As it was our first time, we arrived a little late as we couldn't find the entrance. Although they were explaining politely, when we finally changed and headed to the class, we were told it had already started and we couldn't join anymore. This wasn't explained beforehand. However, the lady kindly explained and suggested alternative options. We ended up joining another exercise session, which turned out to be perfect in every aspect - the exercise, facilities, and location. We promise to arrive early next time. Many thanks to the kind staff. Thank you very much.
