    EIGHT-COUNT CLASS

Cool studio. If you're relatively new to boxing I would suggest going at least 15 minutes early to learn how to wrap your wrists (rent for %5 and buy for $15) and just to go over basic moves. Gabby was really friendly and would come over periodically to correct form. You cycle through intervals of bag combos then floor work (squats, jumping jacks, etc). I would definitely go back.

    TBS - Women&Weights -Beginner

Im pretty sure the go to meet up place is in front of the towel shelf for downstairs classes. Really small size but great class. Liana gets straight into the work out immediately. Make sure you stretch beforehand if you have a couple of minutes. The work out was set up as intervals of two exercises each for about 10-15 reps alternating three times and then you would switch to a new pair of exercises. Liana was really good about making sure you had good form while pushing you hard. She chooses your weight for you but she is good about listening to when you say its too hard, although wont let you cheat yourself out of a good workout. Great class overall.

    Women's Only Boxing

This place is a little older and more worn in, definitely not one of these new beat oriented boutique studios. Its big and bright and everyone is going to he able to see you and watch your form. Spent most of the class with Jay. She was really encouraging and positive and made sure everyone had a good grasp of the basics. Everyone is really welcoming and accommodating of all skill levels.
