Room was a bit chilly to start as fans were on but warmed up pretty quickly after we started. If your fitness level is intermediate to high, this class may be a bit too easy. Really good workout, v challenging as usual. Sara is so nice; told her at start of class about an injury of mine and she was very nice about it and suggested modifications throughout class and then checked in at the end. Really sweet instructor, always love her classes

Paige was amazing and super patient. The class was hard for the first time but doable with Paige guiding you through it all. Really liked the studio! I need to try to class next with the sticky socks though! The staff is amazing and very friendly.
