    STUDIO Basic Ballet Body

    The studio was spacious, and the class size was smaller and more intimate, so you're able to focus more on the proper techniques and moves being taught. Shoshana is attentive to detail and gave great pointers on the best ways to keep form. Some of the pacing was fast towards the end, but it was still good enough to understand the moves. Class is really focused on elongation, posture, and a proper foundation of the basic for ballet. This was my first class, and I would definitely recommend it to other beginners

    I love this class! 💛 Buse is such a wonderful instructor, she is obviously passionate about her work and such a joy to be around. As someone who’s never taken ballet classes before, this class was the perfect combination of simple ballet techniques and barre, pilates movements.
