HEATED FLOW 45
see all reviewsThis class was good to get back to basics and be reminded of correct form. It was slower and more focused, which I realized I needed. I usually prefer a powerful and faster pace but this was still a great class

see all reviewsThis class is definitely worth committing to. The decor is beautiful, be cautious it’s warm when you walk in and will be the whole class, as it states on their info. The first 30 mins were slow and you learn the moves and how to make them intentional for your body, the next 30 are with music. The instructor was so informative, she made everyone feel welcome. She answered any and all questions and made sure class was calm and efficient. It is challenging, but if you stick to it it’ll be worth it. Definitely plan on visiting again.

see all reviewsThe class and the instructor were great. I have to say as a heavy girl, the class was not for me. I went in open minded and excited but putting my body weight on the fabric was uncomfortable and just about left bruises. Again, I’m not discouraging anyone not to go, definitely try it. But heads up to my heavy girls, it was very difficult. It was a very intimate class and I felt it was very obvious my struggle. The instructor absolutely did everything she could to make me feel welcomed and not to single me out because I had a difficult time but of no fault of her own, I stood out. But again, try it for yourself, maybe it was just me. 10/10 would recommend to others who are open to the idea. Also come only 5 mins before, she will not be there to unlock the door any earlier even if it’s not the first class of the day. Again loved the instructor, loved the idea just personally not for me. Hope that helps!

see all reviewsReally good and small mobility/range of motion class, so you get a lot of personal attention. It's not simply a stretch class, you actually do some strength building in extended ranges of motion, which is better than a simple stretch.

see all reviewsI really enjoyed Jack’s class! It had a great mixture of both stretching and focusing on hard abs. I think this is something that makes this class different than any other as we tend to forget to work and stretch our smaller muscles. I would definitely go back for another class and would recommend!

see all reviewsTook the CYCLE class with John. I lasted maybe 30 minutes into the class... This was my first time with spin and I can't say it was beginner friendly. However---John was very helpful and welcoming and the other people in the class were also very nice. I'd reccomend this if you have taken spin before or are a *more* seasoned bicyclist.
