    Cardio Kickbox by FIT AF

Long overdue review: I’ve been taking Ashley’s classes for almost a decade. She has a beautifully rare blend of providing motivation, safely pushing you to your max while not being annoying or corny. The vibe is always fun and a GREAT cardio workout - amidst an industry that sometimes forgets how important this component is (vs. strength training only). Before you know it, the workout is done, you feel incredible and the rest of the day is yours.

    Bachata Levels 2-3

I really love the space, but be advised that these classes are more like open practice. there is no combination the teacher is teaching. You come in and dance with people there and work on any combinations that you want to try. the teacher will watch and give suggestions, but these aren't formal lessons. I still liked the studio and will return, but if you are looking for a traditional teaching style of salsa bachata or cumbia, you may be disappointed.
