    Workout and instructor were both great but it was so dark in there that I was afraid I was going to trip over something or misstep while I was working out. Really wish they wouldnt make it so dark. Big liability for the gym also.

    Loved the treadmill portion! The variety of hills & speedwork made for a great running workout. I didn't love the floor work - felt kind of all over the place. Wicker Park studio is definitely the most intimate.. not much room to get ready before/after.

    Love how exhausting these workouts are! Live DJ was good, but I wished both the DJ and the instructor were louder... might have been a speaker issues? The instructor had good energy and I liked the variety of abs & arms exercises.

    This class was a great overall workout! You get your strength and cardio, and because you alternate sets three times, it never feels too slow/boring/intense. Brandon was involved as an instructor and had great music as well.

    This was an amazing class and studio! It was my first time and the woman at the front desk showed me around the absolutely gorgeous studio. The facilities are high end. The class itself was challenging and well run. It reminded me of a more welcoming Barry’s or Orange Theory!

    Altitude HIIT Training

    I didn’t know this existed- only one in the Midwest. It was so amazing! I’ll come here for general fitness, but also can’t wait to check it out when I’m training for something or planning an intense hike somewhere with altitude! Also good when your muscles are tired but you still want a good cardio workout without the pain/ impact as it takes less to get your heart rate up. Very cool place. People were very friendly too, and instructor was upbeat and gave a lot of information.
