    This class is amazing for participants of all levels! If its your first time, the instructor does a little huddle with you so that youre not totally out of the loop. Expect to be sore, the same day. The class I took focused on legs and butt and man did I feel it! Thank you for a great experience! I will be recommending Shred415 to friends and joining another class again soon!

    First Shred class with Bonnie and man is she amazing! She has so much energy, keeps an eye an all participants, and is on beat! Her soundtrack is so motivating and she keeps us on track by giving us the layouts and specifics when the time comes. Can’t wait to take another class with her!

    Caitlin did a quick awesome HIIT routine. She made sure to speak loudly and clearly and demonstrated all the floor exercises. I like her feedback to everyone during class. I love 1:1 feedback so that is one area Shred could approve upon.

    Liu is motivating and classes are small enough to have him fix your form on the different exercises but big enough where you can take a breather when hes not looking. JK! Take this class, you wont regret it. My glutes and triceps are still burning 4 hours after class.

    From the moment I walked through the door I felt great - the woman that greeted me (hate that I forgot her name!) made me feel welcomed & cards for, and the instructor Adria was AWESOME. While we were on the treadmills she told us exactly what was to come, which I loved! It enabled me to push myself appropriately and give myself a break when I needed it. I’ve avoided Barry’s bc of the price but today, wow, it might be worth it!

    A true strength class (as opposed to low weight high rep). Instructor was great helping me get back into the swing of lifting (finding a good weight since I dont know my maximums, ensuring proper form, etc). Id definitely take this class again! Small class and good music.

    Altitude HIIT Training

    I didn’t know this existed- only one in the Midwest. It was so amazing! I’ll come here for general fitness, but also can’t wait to check it out when I’m training for something or planning an intense hike somewhere with altitude! Also good when your muscles are tired but you still want a good cardio workout without the pain/ impact as it takes less to get your heart rate up. Very cool place. People were very friendly too, and instructor was upbeat and gave a lot of information.

    Keith is amazing! Great music. I was a bit intimidated and didn’t think I could do this class, but Keith was welcoming and encouraging. Everyone runs at their own pace or walks. Perfect class for all levels. Challenging workout. Will definitely be back!
