I’m so happy with this class. The instructor actually paid attention and gave group form corrections for better activation of the right muscles and gave personal feedback as well. This is what a real lagree class is. I have 3 lagree studios in my immediate area and none of them do that. Thank you Glenn!

Lindsey was great!! V friendly and helpful. Her instructions or the sound system was sometimes unclear - so a bit hard to follow. Had to rely on others to figure out when to change positions etc. so can work on that!

It's still hot and humid in the room from the previous class, so I recommend not wearing pants or long sleeves. Also, I saw people bringing pillows, bolsters, and other props. At a minimum, I recommend something for under your neck (to take pressure of the back of your head) and something to cover your eyes (a washcloth or sock works fine).

    Yin 75

Wow! What a great instructor. Very patient, took the time in a class with over 30 people to make personal adjustments. I had not done yin yoga in years. It is a great practice for those working on doing more with less. This is a busy studio. I can see why. It is a bit “urban grunge,” but a place I would definitely come back to.

Shannon was great and so welcoming for a newbie like me! I loved the small class environment and how we were all able to get individual feedback and form corrections.
