see all reviewsI loved everything about this class. The trainer gave me individual attention on my technique and really helped me to feel comfortable. That said, it was challenging! If you are ready for a class that pushes you to your limits, this is for you. I was really grateful for an open level class that gave me the ready to pass out workout I was craving, all in an inviting and safe space.
