She’s also intentional about her class layouts to ensure you’re getting a great workout and complete muscle fatigue.     Love these classes, but my only complaint is the lack of individual attention or adjustments. There have been a few times where I’m doing a move totally wrong without realizing it until the end, and it would be nice to have a bit more guidance from the instructor rather than just feeling like they’re reading from a script. Great workout and studio vibe but just wish there was more focus on the students!

    Favorite class I’ve taken so far. The class had such a welcoming and chill vibe, but everyone was still pushing themselves to do the most they can. Pablo had such great cues and demonstrations even hopped on a reformer and did some exercises along with us. 10/10 class will be looking forward to booking a class with Pablo again!

    This class was amazing! It was only me and one other person so Tracy was really able to assist us in making sure each movement was the proper form. I loved how we focused on abs and arms as sometimes arms don’t get too much attention in the normal class. The stretching was amazing as well!
