Format was great today. Great mix of hills and speed on the treads and challenging distances on the rower. It always surprises me how little the Studio 3 instructors correct form. Is it too dark in there?

I always love this studio but today was a reminder of why independent studios are so lovely compared to big gyms. I was running late and dashed in just a minute before class, Liza offered to go in and help me with me bike, she gave me a hair tie when mine got lost as I threw off my 10 layers, and she was just a lovely person as I scrambled around like a madwoman.
