This class is amazing for participants of all levels! If its your first time, the instructor does a little huddle with you so that youre not totally out of the loop. Expect to be sore, the same day. The class I took focused on legs and butt and man did I feel it! Thank you for a great experience! I will be recommending Shred415 to friends and joining another class again soon!

Massive props to the teacher. It’s my first class from this studio and the teacher maintained such great energy for the full hour! The choreography was easy and got my heart rate up to 153 bpm this morning - first time in 7 months! I’m in Los Angeles so the 7am class may be a bit too early but I’ll try and check out the afternoon classes for a pick me up. Thank you!!

Fun class and Jessica had a ton of energy! This is definitely on the more difficult end as far as choreography goes. That makes it way more interesting, but harder to follow in the beginning. Id recommend it for people who have taken a couple dance classes before and are ready for the next step after Zumba/werq. It was a great workout and Ill definitely be back!

Kate is really nice, she wants to see you succeed. if you are a beginner in your fitness training journey I don't recommend this class as it's intense. Kate reccomended to start with the stretch and tone, then circuit training, then bootcamp. I struggled with this class because I'm just beginning my fitness journey and to be honest I'm not sure a morning workout this early is the best for me, I'm not a morning person.

Absolutely loved Cardio Boxing with Gustavo! It’s definitely challenging and there were moments when I could feel my body ache but just power through and you’ll be happy you did so. My Apple Watch told me I burned 960 calories which is absolutely insane. Gustavo did a good job of explaining things to me since I was new and level setting by explaining I should stop and drink water whenever I feel I need to and not to worry too much about what everyone around me was doing being new to the class. The people in the class were definitely regulars but really made me feel welcomed. I would definitely come. It’s without a doubt the BEST class I’ve taken on Classpass.

    Cumbia

Fun class! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Not sure if this is best place for an absolute beginner to latin dancing (definitely doable, however, if you are down for a challenge!), but a good place to get better and practice, especially if you know a little bit of the basics of how to lead or follow. I dance salsa and bachata and often when I go out, the DJ’s play a decent amount of cumbia, so I wanted to learn more, and this was exactly what I was looking for. The late morning classes are perfect for my schedule. I came in with a very basic understanding of the cumbia steps and left feeling like I already improved. The instructor spends a lot of 1 on 1 time with everyone to help on the aspects you are missing. Will be back!
