    CYCLE 45

I'm visiting from out of town and was looking for a good cycling studio. Came across this class and figured I'd try it out. I absolutely LOVED it! Isaac is such a great instructor. He's super energetic, motivating, and fun! You bike to the beat here which is the always so fun. I got a really great workout and left feeling confident and great. Thank you Isaac!

I love this instructor and take her class fairly often. One issue I had recently though: I took a class on Monday at the river north location, and then the SAME EXACT class at Lakeview on Friday. Typically I think theyre good at mixing up, but something to be mindful of if you recently took a class at one of the other locations.

Wow, this is a non stop class; you are constantly moving. Instructor was great, and enthusiastic and motivating. Lots of cardio. Not sure if they even use the barres, lol, since we were on the floor the whole time. Great and challenging class.

Entertaining instructor. First 30 mins were a good sweat flow, but second were spent working on poses and lower key. Definitely different from others in that we stopped in the middle to work on poses

    FlyBarre 60

Motivating music and instructor. Didn't get bored with too much repetition as with other types of barre classes. Class was challenging but Glenn helped with corrections and modifications. Fairly certain legs, arms and abs will be sore tomorrow.

Great class! Not quite as difficult as their core fusion barre but you work up a good sweat and I will be sore! 30 min of barre, then 20 min of quick flow yoga then core work at end. I wish core was before yoga so you can relax before shavasenah

April is the best instructor at barre code! She is so nice and positive. Very encouraging. She’s experienced and makes sure everyone’s form is correct (not a lot of instructors do this at barre code) . Classes are fast paced and challenging. I wish there were more instructors as qualified as April at barre code!

Great instructor. She sat with me at the beginning and explained all the movements and how to go about the workout. She was attentive during class and went around fixing posture and helping out. Class is challenging for sure! Provided variability with alternating between cardio and barre movements.

Jacklyn was awesome! This is a great way to start your week. Love that the class is at 6:30am instead of 6am like most studios. This class had upbeat music and really worked my butt and core. Theyre super welcoming to newbies and have a welcome sign with your name on it when you arrive for your 1st class :). One thing to note is that the room itself isnt super warm...not a bad thing just something to prepare for b/c I noticed multiple ppl in class with light jackets & will probably wear sleeves next time. Great instructor + great studio = cant wait to come back!

I've never been to Studio Fit and I didn't know what to expect, but I actually really liked the style of workout. The constant movement is great cardio and then each set of movements works specific muscles. I could feel it in my entire body the day after. This particular class didn't use any weights, so it was entirely against your own strength, but the exercises were still challenging and fun.

I found this location to be MUCH better than the Wicker Park location! I loved the Bar Method in LA, and I think I've found my new studio here in Chicago! People were friendly, the class was a great workout, and the corrections were helpful and by the far the clearest I've received.

    Yoga Med

This was a great class, but not exactly what I expected. Started with meditation, and then had a fairly vigorous strength focused flow. Ended with foam rolling and a short meditation. I thought the flow would be more relaxing and restorative, but I still enjoyed the class a lot. The class went about 15 mins over the scheduled 55 mins listed here. The studio is very spacious and new.
